Q1 I want to check in early at 2 PM?
- Guest room is being cleaned from 10 am to 3 pm, so please be after 3 pm.
Q2 Is check-in possible at midnight (after midnight)?
- Because the entrance is locked at night (unlocked by the room key), please check in by 22 o'clock.
※Please call me when you exceed 22 o'clock.
Q3 Can I extend my check-out?
- Extension is possible, but depending on the accommodation situation of the day it may not be available so please ask the front desk.Extra surcharge fee is 500 yen per hour for one person every hour.Extension is possible until 12 o'clock noon.
Q4 Is it possible to refuse cleaning of the room in case of continuous staying?
- Is possible.Please ask the front desk.However, in the case of the same room over 4 consecutive weeks, we will start cleaning once every 3 days on a sanitary basis.
In addition, please note that if you come to the room after noon, we will exchange it as a towel.
Q5 Can I order room service in the rooms?
- Room service is not provided, but you can eat foods brought by you in your room.We have free fridge, so please use.
Q6 Is it possible to send luggage in advance?
- We will keep you from the day before the check-in date to the day.However, please refrain from valuables and fragile items.We can not accept cash on delivery, so please understand.
